• Lead cross-functional teams to execute commercial initiatives, including sales, marketing, and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven commercial strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in commercial software and tools, such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Certification in commercial management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
