PT Berkah Property is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head nurse in providing quality patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients, and supporting the overall operations of the healthcare facility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the organization and management of medical supplies and equipment.,Support the head nurse in patient education and counseling.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.,Contribute to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the healthcare facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience in a similar role is a plus.
