As an Investor Relations Specialist at Berlian Laju Tanker, you will be responsible for managing investor relations activities, including preparing and distributing financial reports, organizing investor meetings, and maintaining relationships with institutional investors. You will also be involved in the preparation of regulatory filings and disclosures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage investor relations activities, including preparing and distributing financial reports, organizing investor meetings, and maintaining relationships with institutional investors.
• Prepare and file regulatory disclosures with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other relevant authorities.
• Conduct investor roadshows and presentations to potential and existing investors.
• Monitor market trends and developments that may impact the company's financial performance and investor relations.
• Assist in the preparation of the company's annual report and other financial communications.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key investors and financial analysts.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the C-suite and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international financial regulations, including OJK regulations.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and Excel is a plus.
• Knowledge of maritime logistics and financial services is a plus.
