📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising audit teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.
  • Conducting field audits to assess the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Providing guidance and training to junior auditors.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Staying updated with the latest developments in auditing practices and industry trends.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with auditing software and tools.
