📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.,Manage the fleet budget, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet personnel.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
