PT Putra Boga is seeking a Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our human resources function, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a workplace where employees thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide career development opportunities.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
