Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and requests,Maintain and update customer records and databases,Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering questions,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales support,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
