📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source potential candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
