📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and coordinating departmental activities.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve set goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to the Department Head.,Handle departmental budgets and ensure financial responsibilities are met.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge and understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Experience in budget management and financial responsibilities.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
