We are seeking a passionate and energetic Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant to deliver exceptional service to our guests while working under the guidance of our experienced F&B Manager. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience at our on-site restaurants and bars.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as assist with inventory management and other related tasks. With your enthusiasm and dedication, you will help to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the F&B Manager.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the F&B team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation during peak hours.
• Assist with special events and promotions, such as themed dinners or happy hours, to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of service provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of the hotel.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
