📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conducting job analysis and writing job descriptions.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
• Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assisting with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Providing support to the management team on HR-related matters.
• Conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) is required.
