📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet daily sales targets and objectives.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
