📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize distribution processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes.,Track and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Must be able to work in a hybrid setting.
