📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor retail staff to enhance performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.,Participate in promotional activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or consulting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
