📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of 20-30 employees, including supervisors and staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and maintained, with a focus on quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of managing budgets and ensuring profitability.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and cuisine is a plus.
