In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the clinic's inventory is well-stocked. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering dental supplies and equipment.,Maintain and update the clinic's inventory system.,Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Support the procurement team in preparing reports and analyzing procurement data.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Assist in the organization of procurement-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Familiarity with dental supplies and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
