📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure food quality and safety by following proper handling and storage procedures.,Work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
