Hotel Umar Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to secure the best rates and services.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
