📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members,Contribute to the development of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment,Strong communication and collaboration skills
