📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office administrative tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of company documents, reports, and newsletters.,Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.,Support the HR department with recruitment activities, such as screening resumes and conducting interviews.,Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Provide general support to the office team, including assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.,Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
