📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Kendari.
