📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new sales leads and maintain existing customer relationships.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Promote products through various sales channels, including in-person, phone, and online.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network and promote our products.,Stay updated with industry trends and developments to improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
