In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
