📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal stock availability.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to management.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
