📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable movie experience
• Manage ticket sales and box office operations, including handling cash and card payments
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cinema environment, including restocking concessions and cleaning facilities
• Monitor and manage the flow of guests throughout the cinema, ensuring smooth operations during showtimes
• Promote upcoming movies and special events to attract and retain customers
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all cinema operations run efficiently and effectively
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene practices and social distancing measures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cinema policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a cinema or entertainment setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for movies and the entertainment industry
