📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize energy operations and enhance sustainability.
• Lead a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business processes and decision-making.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in energy intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data insights.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in energy intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives in the energy sector.
• Certifications in data analytics, such as Certified Data Professional (CDP) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
• Strong proficiency in advanced analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with energy sector regulations and best practices.
