📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning to ensure all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and products to maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle and manage linens, towels, and other amenities, ensuring they are properly stored and replenished.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow.
• Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and cleaning protocols.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and products commonly used in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid ID and proof of vaccinations (if required by local regulations).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
