📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of security professionals to implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans using tools like Nessus and Qualys.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Provide security awareness training to employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to integrate security solutions into existing systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry trends, recommending appropriate countermeasures.
• Report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and participate in strategic planning sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on infrastructure security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a security team.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including SIEM systems, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
