In this role, you'll work closely with the trading team to coordinate the preparation of shipping documents, customs clearance, and other related paperwork. You'll also liaise with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient trade execution. With your strong Mandarin skills, you'll be able to bridge the communication gap between Indonesian and Chinese parties, facilitating seamless transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and prepare all necessary documentation for coal trades, including but not limited to shipping documents, customs clearance, and other related paperwork.
• Coordinate with the trading team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of trade documents.
• Liaise with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient trade execution.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of trade reports and other related documentation.
• Provide support to the trading team in managing and organizing trade documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents related to coal trades.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure effective and efficient trade execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commodity trading, with a focus on coal.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with trade documentation software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
