As a Dispatching & Logistics Officer at Bounty Fresh Food Inc., you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily logistics operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of feed products.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for their routes.
• Optimize delivery routes using GPS and other logistics software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that feed products are available when needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process, working closely with drivers and other team members.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on logistics operations, including delivery times, fuel usage, and any incidents that may have occurred.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and dispatching, preferably in the feed or food industry.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of GPS and route optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
