📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, both locally and internationally, to meet marketing and sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, including event planners, caterers, and entertainment providers, to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing tools to enhance event visibility and engagement.
• Gather and analyze event metrics to inform future event planning and marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record in planning and executing successful events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency in event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Experience with social media marketing and digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently, including international travel, as required by event needs.
