Account Officer - Capital Market Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized financial solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis using Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and other financial tools.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans for clients, focusing on capital market opportunities.
• Collaborate with brokers, fund managers, and institutional investors to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities for clients.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide performance reports to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• WPPE or WPPE Pemasaran license from the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian capital market regulations and practices.
• Proficient in using Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
