In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will also be involved in strategic planning and policy development, ensuring that our HR practices align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor the internal HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and industry best practices.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding, to ensure a strong and diverse workforce.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising management on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
