As a Playdate Facilitator, you'll be the heart of our play-based learning program, designing engaging activities and fostering a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and excited to learn.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our dedicated team of educators to create a dynamic learning experience. You'll observe and interact with children, adapting activities to their individual needs and interests. Using tools like KidKlik and Montessori-inspired materials, you'll help children develop essential skills in a fun, child-centered environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and facilitate engaging playdates and learning activities for children aged 2-6 years old.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.
• Assist in implementing our play-based learning curriculum using tools like KidKlik and Montessori-inspired materials.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistent, high-quality education across all playdates.
• Document children's progress and communicate with parents about their child's development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play space for all children.
• Adapt activities to meet the individual needs and interests of each child in your care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or play-based learning environment.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPK or Montessori) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development and play-based learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and parents.
• Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to design engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
