📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international OSH/K3 standards and regulations.
• Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents.
• Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSH/K3 management.
• Certification in OSH/K3 (e.g., CMI, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of local and international OSH/K3 regulations.
• Proficient in using safety management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with plantation operations and safety practices.
