HR Intern - Human Resource Development & Consulting Support

In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, support the recruitment process, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. You'll work closely with the HR team, gaining insights into the dynamics of a fast-paced consulting environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Assist in the analysis of HR data to support decision-making.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and records.
• Support the HR team in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Basic knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
